Yes. Airborne provides the same unrestricted access to the Internet offered by most ISPs.
If you can access company email remotely with a traditional dial-up connection, then you can access it with Airborne. Many organizations allow employees to access email and the internal network remotely. Check with your IT department for details.
Some companies require VPN connections to connect to their network. Please check with your IT department if you have to configure VPN on your device. Airborne Access is fully compatible with all types of VPN implementations.
Typically, Airborne Access uses a 1mbps broadband connection at our locations. The speed you may experience, however, will depend on the number of users at the location other than you. We have measured our average download speeds at roughly 560kbps per user and burtsts up to 1mbps per user.

From time-to-time, some users have difficulty logging in using their username and password. Please remember that usernames and passwords on the Airborne network are case-sensitive (lowercase and uppercase characters must be typed exactly as shown).
Is your CAPS LOCK on?
Sometimes, log-in difficulties stem from the device's keyboard caps lock being engaged by accident.
Airborne Access authentication system requires that browser cookies and pop-ups are allowed. Most users, due to security issues, turn these features off. If this is the case, authentication proceeds without redirecting to the users original web request and the user is logged-off.
PROBABLY CAUSES:
a. Cookies are not being accepted by the browser
b. Pop-ups are suppressed by the browser or a third-party utility
SOLUTIONS:
Make sure that site cookies are accepted by the browser during an Airborne Access session. This is usually configured through the browser's security options.
Browser pop-up windows should be allowed during the authentication process.
It is safe to suppress cookies and pop-ups after authentication has been completed.
Some users have informed us of difficulties when sending out e-mail from our locations. This occurs even if receiving e-mail functions normally.
Unfortunately, due to the proliferation these days of SPAM on the internet, some ISPs and corporate networks restrict sending of e-mails from networks other than your own.
